Sales Details: Non-Cash Media

The Non-Cash Media tab allows a manager to record credit card or other non-cash sales.

  1. Click the Non-Cash Media tab.
  • All tabs are visible by default. You may not be able to edit certain tabs, based on user permissions configured in Enterprise Manager.
    To show/hide a tab, click on the Menu icon and select the Tabs option. From the pop-up menu, check to show or uncheck to hide the desired tab(s).
  1. Enter a Value for each General Ledger Name as appropriate. These "Non-Cash Media" accounts are shown grouped by one of the following payment media P&L Substructures: "Payment Media 1", "Payment Media 2", and "Payment Media 3".  {Note}Closed: The number of decimals allowed (up to 4) is determined by the Location's base currency.
  2. If necessary, use the Memo field to enter additional information (up to 40 characters) regarding a value. If populated via Sales Mix import, it can be edited here.
  3. Click the Disk (Save) icon to save your changes.
  4. If necessary, click the Printer (Export) icon to download and print the entries on this tab.
  5. If necessary, click on any other tab as needed to configure settings on that tab. If not, skip to the next step.
  6. When all entries have been completed for the selected register & date, click on the Totals tab to view the results.
  7. When finished, click the Disk (Save) icon, then click the X (Close) icon to exit the screen.
