Location Details: Transfer Locations

The Transfer Locations tab allows corporate users to limit the list of other locations that can be selected as a destination when a user at the selected location attempts to create a Location Transfer. {Concepts Note}: If a location is linked to one or more Concepts, it will only be visible in the summary screen if the current application user (at corporate) or location (non-corporate) is linked to one or more of the same Concepts. If a location is not linked to any Concepts, it will be visible to all users/locations. See "Concepts" for more information.

Under the Corporate menu, click Locations.
To edit a location record, click on the Name hyperlink.

All tabs are visible by default. To show/hide a tab, click on the Menu icon and select the Tabs option. From the pop-up menu, check to show or uncheck to hide the desired tab(s).

Click on the Transfer Locations tab.

To add one or more Transfer Locations:

Click the Plus (Add) icon.
Click to select the appropriate Location(s) from the list on the right. To select more than one, press and hold the CTRL key when clicking. If necessary, use the Funnel (Filters) icon to filter the list.
Click the [<] (Add) button to add the selected option(s) or click the [<<] (Add All) button to add them all.
When finished, click the (X) (Close) or (>) (Collapse) icon in the selection panel to close/collapse it.
If you collapse the panel, you can use the (<) (Expand) icon to reopen it.

To limit the location to transfers between it and the selected locations, uncheck the box to Allow Location Transfers to/from All Locations. When checked, this will override any selections made on this tab and allow users at this location to create transfers to/from all other locations.
If applicable, check the Allow Auto-Transfer box to allow this location to perform automatic Location Transfers.
Click the Disk (Save) icon to save your changes.
To download and print these settings, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.
If necessary, click on any other tab as needed to configure settings on that tab. If not, skip to the next step.
When finished, click the X (Close) icon to return to the summary screen.

If necessary, you can click on a row and click the Trash Can (Delete) icon to remove it.
