Labor Rules – Overview
Labor laws and rules can vary by country, by state and by city. Additionally, labor unions have their own sets of rules and requirements that must be taken into consideration when scheduling employees and processing labor hours. The Labor Rules setup screens allow users to create a list of labor rules by Country, State/Province, City, Union, and for School Districts, which are applied when scheduling employees and processing labor hours in Net-Chef. An audit trail is kept to record changes to any of the Labor Rules.
