Labor Rules for School Districts

Users can create School Districts with specific vacation dates to function as exceptions to the State/Province Minor Laws, which apply a single, year-round calendar and do not account for school vacations. School Districts can be associated with employee records, which would tie each "Minor" employee to a specific set of non-school days (in addition to those already defined for the location). This will enable managers to publish schedules during vacation periods, when these employees are permitted to work earlier and for longer shifts on weekdays that would otherwise be considered school days. Shifts scheduled for these times will not generate Minor Law Violation alerts.

{Franchise Note}Closed: Franchisees will be allowed to define their own Labor Rules. Franchisors will only see their own rules.
