Interfaces Overview

The Enterprise Manager Interfaces module includes the following screens, which can only be accessed when logged in to the Corporate location:

  • The Inbound Integrations screen allows corporate users to track the status of inbound files and make corrections to those that attempted to process but which failed because they contained errors. The user can select the failed file make the necessary corrections, save the changes, and re-process the file.
  • The Outbound Integrations screen allows corporate users to extract data – such as accounts payable and accounts receivable information, sales data, inventory changes and totals, and employee and payroll data – into files that can then be imported into the company’s point-of-sale or accounting software. The types of exports available through this module and the formatting of the export files vary depending on the company’s other software, which is designated in the Company screen in the Setup module.  
  • The Event Scheduling screen allows corporate users to schedule the automatic generation of events on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This process is available when "Accounting Software" = 'STANDARD' or 'Epicor Platinum' in the Company setup screen. The user must be linked to a hierarchy with "Limit Export Locations" selected and will only be allowed to create events for those locations.
  • The Undo and Reprocess Batch Menu Mix screen allows corporate users to "Undo" Menu Mix data for multiple Location/Date combinations as a batch, display "Undo" batch records and their statuses, and reprocess files, either individually or as a batch.  
  • The Vendor Order Remediation screen allows corporate users remediate vendor orders processed via Crunchtime Xchange.
