Master Order Overview
The Master Order module lets users create a single order for a group of products rather than creating separate orders with multiple vendors. Each product is linked to only one Master Order Type, so the type selected when starting the order dictates which products will be available to order. The system will “parse” the master order into individual vendor orders based on contracts established in the Bid Master module; therefore, only contracted products can be ordered using master order. Once a master order has been parsed, the resulting vendor orders are processed in the same way as any other Net-Chef vendor order.
