Cancel a Customer Order

A Customer Order can be canceled as long as it has not been reconciled.

To cancel a Customer order:

  1. From the Sales menu, click Recent Customer Orders.
  2. To find a particular order, click on one of the status bins or click the Funnel (Filters) icon to access the screen filters. (The screen can be filtered by any column.)
  3. Under the Actions column, click the Cancel link corresponding to the desired order.
  4. In the order detail screen, click Cancel Order.  
  5. In the confirmation box, click OK.

 

 

Note: Canceling a Catering Order will un-link it from its associated Daily Prep transaction.
