Cancel a Customer Order
A Customer Order can be canceled as long as it has not been reconciled.

To cancel a Customer order:
- From the Sales menu, click Recent Customer Orders.
- To find a particular order, click on one of the status bins or click the Funnel (Filters) icon to access the screen filters. (The screen can be filtered by any column.)
- Under the Actions column, click the Cancel link corresponding to the desired order.
- In the order detail screen, click Cancel Order.
- In the confirmation box, click OK.
Note: Canceling a Catering Order will un-link it from its associated Daily Prep transaction.
