Cancel a Commissary Order

A commissary order can be canceled as long as it has not been reconciled. Click HERE to see the steps to cancel a Customer Order (at a supply location).

Note: This screen is not available for Cruise Lines.

To cancel a Commissary Order:

  1. From the Purchasing menu, click Recent Commissary Orders.
  2. To find a particular order, click the Funnel (Filters) icon; in the pop-up, enter/select parameters to filter by Reference Number, Order Status, Order Date, Expected Delivery Date, and/or Post Date and click Apply.
  3. Under the Actions column, click the Cancel link corresponding to the desired order. A warning message will appear.
  4. Click OK to cancel the order.
