Consolidated Sales Transaction Summary

The Consolidated Sales Transaction Summary displays sales transaction data for each location within the selected hierarchy. This information includes Taxable and Non-Taxable Sales, Sales Tax, Overrings, Non-Register Gift Sales, and Bank Deposits. This data is taken from (principally the left column of) the Totals tab in the Sales Transactions screen.

Report Controls

From/To: Calendar widgets; can select any dates.

Hierarchy: Select the desired hierarchy level from the drop-down

Funnel (Filters): Any report column

Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats

Report Columns:

Click any column header to sort by the data in that column; defaults to Location Name (Asc).

Location Code – The code for the location.
Location Name – The name for the location; “Drill Down” link; see below for details.
Taxable Sales – Sum of the "Taxable Sales" for the selected dates.
Non-Taxable Sales – Sum of the "Non-Taxable Sales" for the selected dates.
Catering Sales – Sum of the "Catering Sales" for the selected dates.
Net Sales = [ Taxable Sales + Non-Taxable Sales + Catering Sales ]
Sales Tax – Sum of the "Sales Tax" values for the selected dates.
Over Rings – Sum of the "Overrings" for the selected dates.
Gross Sales = [ Net Sales + Sales Tax ]
Non-Reg. Gift Sales – Sum of the "Non-Reg. Gift Sales" for the selected dates.
Bank Deposits – Sum of the "Bank Deposits" for the selected dates.
Over/Short – Sum of the "Over/Short" values for the selected dates.

“Drill Down” Links:

Location Name – Opens a report with totals for each week within the selected date range at that location; equivalent of the Sales Transaction Summary report for that location. This report includes the following link:

Transaction Date (Login location only) – Opens the Sales Transactions screen for that register for that day of the week. If necessary, The values on each tab can be edited until the period is posted.

Note: When viewing the details for one location, for each Date and Register the above fields are displayed, as well as the Z-Meter Number.
