Cancel an Invoice

  1. From the Purchasing menu, click Recent Purchase By Invoices.
  2. To find a particular order, click the Funnel (Filters) icon; in the pop-up, enter/select parameters to filter by Vendor, Invoice Number, Entry User, Reconcile User, Status, Date Entered, Invoice Date, Reconcile Date, and/or Delivery Date and click Apply.
  3. To find a particular invoice, select a Filter By Date and enter a Date Range, Filter By Status, or Filter By Vendor, then click Retrieve.  {Note}Closed: Users can click any of the column headers to sort by the data in that column.
  4. Click Cancel link corresponding to the desired invoice to open it.
  5. Authorized users can click the Attachments button to upload a file and link it to this transaction, or to view attached files. (See"Attach Files to an Invoice" for more details.)
  6. When ready, click Cancel to cancel the invoice.

 

<Payment Note>Closed: If payment information has been uploaded for a transaction, authorized users can click the View Payment Information button to see the payment data. Users can also click on an icon in the "Payment" column on the summary screen to view this data.
