View a Commissary Order

At the ordering location, commissary orders can be opened for viewing on screen or to view or print the commissary order document. Click HERE to see the steps to view a Customer Order (at a supply location).

Note: This screen is not available for Cruise Lines.

To view a Commissary Order at the ordering location:

From the Purchasing menu, click Recent Commissary Orders.
To find a particular order, click the Funnel (Filters) icon to access the screen filters.
To view the order details, click the View link corresponding to the desired order. When finished, click Close.
To view, download, and/or print the order document, click the View CO link corresponding to the desired order.

To download a copy of the order for printing, click the Printer (Export) icon.

When finished, click Home to return to the home page.

Note: Columns for Order Weight and Fill Weight are available to add to this screen; when visible, they will appear in the Export (Print) outputs. These columns will display the Total Weight (in LB) based on the respective quantities for the relevant products. Weights will be calculated for products that have a Containerization Weight Unit of 'LB', 'OZ', 'GM' / 'GRM', or 'KG' defined on the Optional tab of the Company Product details screen in Enterprise Manager. These fields are only visible on screen to Cruise Lines but can be updated by all Company Types via the 080 Company Products import. For details on this file format, see our Standard Interface Guide.
