Job Levels

The Job Levels screen will allow authorized users to create a list of job experience levels. These job levels can then be linked to a Wage Matrix that can be used to define different wage rates for employees based on a combination of age and job level experience. (See "Defining a Wage Matrix " for more information.)

 

Note: This screen is specifically for use by Restaurant companies based in Australia.

  1. Under the Labor menu, click Job Levels.
  2. Click the Plus (Add) icon to create a new job level, or click on the appropriate row to modify an existing one.
  3. Enter the job level Code.
  4. Enter the job level Description.
  5. When finished, click the Disk (Save) icon.
  6. To download and print these entries, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.

 

If necessary, you can click on a new row and click the Trash Can (Delete) icon to remove it.
