Contract Discrepancy Report
This report shows vendor orders containing quantity and/or price discrepancies that were reconciled during the selected time frame, in any market linked to the user's profile. The report compares the invoiced and received quantities and the invoiced and contract/bid prices for both contracted and non-contracted products. It shows the quantities and prices, the variances between them, and the total variance value. This allows management to identify vendors that are not meeting the terms of their contracts or bid prices, and to see each instance that the company was overcharged or shorted quantities for a delivered product. Only those products showing a discrepancy are displayed in the report.
