Viewing the Recipe Record

The Components tab of the Recipe Details screen for the selected recipe (Garlic Clams) shows that it includes 5 components, one of which is a sub-recipe (Garlic Sauce).

In this case, nutrition data is linked to the sub-recipe’s components, so the components for this recipe must also be included. The Recipe Details screen for the Garlic Sauce recipe shows the additional components for which nutrition data will be calculated in order to determine the total nutrition values for the Garlic Clams recipe.

Based on these 2 recipes, the component list includes the following company products:

• Garlic Clams: Whole Clams, Baguette French Bread, Garlic Butter Spread, Parsley
• Garlic Sauce: Kitchen Wine, Butter Blend, Lime Juice, Chopped Garlic, Parsley, Crushed Red Peppers, Kosher Salt, and Black Pepper.
