Several of the export types create multiple export files based on the ownership entities used in the Setup module. Each location can be assigned to an ownership entity in the Location Details screen.
The application will create one export file for each ownership entity, which will include data from all locations assigned to that entity. The first four characters of the ownership entity are used in the name of the export file. The application will also create one export file for all locations that have no ownership entity defined.
