Error Report

The Error Report is available to help users differentiate between various files in the remediation summary screen and detect common errors and/or error patterns.

  1. From the Inbound Integrations screen, check the box in the Select column for one or more files, or check the box in the column header to select all files.
  2. Click theError Report button. The report pop-up will open.
  1. The report is sorted by "Create Date" in descending order. If necessary, sort by another column or use one or more column filters to filter the list.
  2. To download a copy of the report in the desired format, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.
  3. When finished, click the X (Close) icon to return to the Inbound Integrations screen.

Report Columns:

  • Create Date – Date and time the file was uploaded.
  • File Type – Lists the type of file in which the error occurred. Options include:  Menu Mix, Sales Mix, E-Invoice, Confirm Receipt, PBI, and Bid.
  • File Name – The name of the file in which the error occurred.
  • Error Message – Indicates the type of error that occurred.
  • Location Name – The location for the imported file.
  • Franchise Name (Franchisors only) – Displays the franchise that the file belongs to.
  • Description – Displays part of the file content.
  • Occurrence Number – Displays the number of times the error occurred.
