Viewing the Vendor Scorecard

The Vendor Scorecard summarizes the results of "Vendor Feedback" collected during order processing for all vendors on the Bid Sheet. The application displays the total number of orders received from each vendor in the selected market over a specified time period, and performs two calculations based on the vendor's efficiency

  • Fill Ratio: The fraction of all products on each vendor's orders that were filled correctly, based on quantity only.
  • 100% Correct Rate: The percentage of all orders that were filled completely and correctly, based on both quantity and price.

The application displays the total number of positive, negative, and neutral vendor evaluations (from "Vendor Feedback" entered while Consolidating {Cruise}, Reconciling or Canceling a vendor order) for each vendor, and allows the user to double-click any vendor evaluation number to see a detailed list of the related "Vendor Feedback" selections.
