Printing Bid Award Letters

Once products have been contracted to their respective vendors, a bid awards letter can be generated to alert the vendors as to what contracts they have been awarded.

 

  1. Under the Purchasing menu, click Bid Analysis.
  2. After products have valid contracts, click the Bid Awards button.
  1. A pop-up box will appear listing all the vendors attached to the bid sheet.
  2. Select one or more vendors by checking the box corresponding to each applicable vendor or clicking All in the Select column.
  3. Click the Printer (Export) icon.
  4. Select the File Format, Page Format, Orientation, and then click the Export button.
  5. A preview window will open. Click the Print button to print the award letter(s).
