Printing Bid Award Letters
Once products have been contracted to their respective vendors, a bid awards letter can be generated to alert the vendors as to what contracts they have been awarded.
- Under the Purchasing menu, click Bid Analysis.
- After products have valid contracts, click the Bid Awards button.
- A pop-up box will appear listing all the vendors attached to the bid sheet.
- Select one or more vendors by checking the box corresponding to each applicable vendor or clicking All in the Select column.
- Click the Printer (Export) icon.
- Select the File Format, Page Format, Orientation, and then click the Export button.
- A preview window will open. Click the Print button to print the award letter(s).
