Consolidated Adjustment Summary - Product Details

Summary Data:

The following fields are populated when this sub-report is first displayed.

  • Location Code – The Code for the Location.
  • Location Name – To the left of each Location Name is a [+] expander control. When clicked, this control will display date-specific details for this product just below the location line; these values will appear in italics.
  • Quantity – Total amount subtracted from (positive value) or added to (negative value) the location’s inventory.
  • Inventory Unit – The Company Product Inventory Unit.
  • Adjustment Value – Total value of the product subtracted from (positive value) or added to (negative value) the location’s inventory.

 

The following values will be displayed for each location when toggled to show date-specific details.

  • Adjustment Date – The date of the adjustment transaction.
  • Adjustment Type – Displays 'Inv. Adjustment', 'Inv. Variance', 'POS', 'Prod Adjustment', 'Production', 'Production Depletion', 'Trans-Loc' or 'Trans-Stor'.
  • Quantity – The amount subtracted from (positive value) or added to (negative value) the location’s inventory on the specified date.
  • Inventory Unit – The Company Product Inventory Unit.
  • Unit Price - The Inventory Cost of the product at the current location.
  • Adjustment Value = [ Quantity x Unit Price ]

Additional Columns (hidden by default):

  • Qualitative Judgment – Displays for Inventory & Recipe Adjustment transactions.
  • Transaction Destination – For outgoing location transfers, this is the location where the transfer was sent. Not populated for any other transaction.
  • Daypart – Displays the Daypart for which the transaction was performed, as elected by the user; will be left blank if none is selected.  For Daily Prep (Production or Production Depletion) transactions, this may include "All Day".
  • Lot Number – The lot number associated with the transaction; only available/populated if Lot Tracking is enabled for the location and product/recipe.
