Summary Data:

The following values, displayed at the top left of the window, are those displayed in the (grand) total row on the last page of the report.

• Total Transactions – Total number of transactions processed
• Total Sales – Total value of all recipe sales
• Total Cost – Sum of the costs of all recipe components
• Cost % = [ (Total Cost ÷ Total Sales) x 100 ]
• Gross Profit = [ Total Sales – Total Cost ]

 

The following values reflect those in the main report when grouped by Server, then by Check Number. Totals for these values are displayed at the top right of the window and in a Subtotal row below the server detail rows.

• Average Sales per Check = [ Total Sales ÷ Number of Checks ]; data is sorted by this column in descending order.
• Average Sales per Guest = [ Total Sales ÷ Total Guest Count for all checks ]
• Average Guests per Check = [ Total Guest Count for all checks ÷ Number of Checks ]
• Average Time per Guest = [ Total amount of time from all checks {based on "Check Close Time" minus "Check Open Time"} ¸ Total Guest Count for all checks ]
• Gross Profit per Check = [ Gross Profit ÷ Number of Checks ]

 

Note: Users can click on the "View" link for a specific server to filter the main report to reflect that server's data.
