Single-Day Prep Report
The Single-Day Prep Report will suggest prep quantities for all recipes active at this location that have been flagged by corporate to be included in this report. It is used to prep recipes that need to be prepped multiple times throughout the day due to high demand or short shelf life. It can be used to plan production for traditional prep recipes, as well as recipes that are prepped informally and will not be produced through the Net-Chef Daily Prep module.
