Schedule Shift Audit

The Schedule Shift Audit report tracks changes to Teamworx shifts and indicates if any Schedule Change Premiums were incurred.

Report Controls

Begin/End Date: Calendar widgets; defaults to the dates for the current period but can select any dates. Data retrieved is driven by the Shift Date.

Funnel (Filters): Any report column

Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats

Report Columns:

Click any column header to sort by the data in that column.

  • Change Date/Time – The date and time that the schedule was edited.
  • Employee – The name of the employee whose schedule was changed.  {Note}Closed: Minor employees will be denoted with an (M) before their Last Name.
  • Business Date – The work date from the schedule.
  • Shift In Time (Original) – Original Time In from the schedule.
  • Shift Out Time (Original) – Original Time Out from the schedule.
  • Field – Indicates the field in the schedule that was edited: Time In, Time Out, Position, or Station.
  • Edit Type – Indicates whether the change was a Create, an Edit, or a Delete.
  • Edit Action – Indicates what the change was: Publish/Save, Approve Request, Post Open Shift, Cancel Open Shift.
  • Old Value – The value in the field before the most recent change.
  • Edit Value – The value in the field after the most recent change.
  • Schedule Change Rule Violation – The Schedule Change rule that was violated: Hours Lost (or not Lost), Day's Notice.
  • Schedule Change Value $ – The cost of the Schedule Change premium to be paid to the employee.
  • Change User - Last Name – The last name of the user that edited the schedule.
  • Change User - First Name – The first name of the user that edited the schedule.
