Schedule Consent Audit
The Schedule Consent Audit allows managers to track employee responses to last-minute changes to their shifts. It indicates the date and time of the employee's response, whether the change was Approved or Declined, which manager initiated the change, and what Premium needs to be paid to the employee. Currently, the report displays Pending Shifts that violated the Schedule Change and Clopening Labor Rules. Please note that the option for employees to approve or decline a shift change is available only when the 'Employee Approval Required' flag is enabled in Enterprise Manager for the corresponding Labor Rule configured for the city.
