Recipe Card

The Recipe Card displays the ingredients and preparation notes for one or more recipes and can be printed for use in a kitchen or production facility. This report is retrieved differently than most others, as explained below.

  1. From the Reports menu, click Production, then click Recipe Card.
  2. If necessary, you can filter the recipe list as follows:
  • Click the Funnel (Filters) icon to access the filters and filter the screen by one of the columns or by Category/Subcategory/Microcategory.
  • Click Filter by Attributes to open a pop-up listing the designated allergens and attributes. Check one or more boxes then click Apply.
  • Click Filter by Components to open a window listing all company products that are used as recipe components; if necessary, check Include Component Recipes to include recipes that have a sub-recipe that includes the selected component. Check one or more boxes then click Apply.
  • To restore the full recipe list, re-open the appropriate Filter pop-up, click Clear, then click Apply.
  1. To print from the summary screen, check the box to the left of each desired recipe or check the "Select All" box in the column header.
  2. The following Print/Export options (PDF, Excel, or CSV) are available for one or more selected recipes:
  • Click the Printer (Export) icon to download and print the list of recipes displayed.
  • Click the Print Detail button to download and print the recipe details for the selected recipe(s).
  • Authorized users can click the Print USDA Nutrition button to download and print the recipe nutrition data for the selected recipe(s).
  1. Click the Recipe Name hyperlink to view the detail report for the selected recipe.
  2. If visible, authorized users can click the USDA Nutrition link to display or print nutrition information for the selected recipe.
  3. If the recipe has any files attached to it in Enterprise Manager, authorized users can click the File Name hyperlink to view the attachment.
  4. If a component is a sub-recipe, you can click on the Code number to view the Recipe Card for that recipe.
  5. If a component product has any files attached to it in Enterprise Manager, authorized users can click the Product Name hyperlink to view the attachment.
  6. If necessary, you can click the -><- , <--> icon to minimize/maximize the report header.
  7. Click the Printer (Export) icon to download and print the recipe details.
  8. In the pop-up, set the Closedprint options as needed, then click the Export button.
  1. Include Sub-Recipes – Check this box to include the details for any sub-recipe components in the export.
  2. File Format – PDF (default), Excel, or CSV
  3. Page Format – A4, Letter (default), or Legal
  4. Orientation – Landscape (default) or Portrait
  1. From the detail screen, click X (Close) to return to the recipe list.
  2. From the summary screen, click X (Close)to close the report.
