Inventory Extended Value

The Inventory Extended Value report displays the inventory totals for products in each category for the selected post period.

Report Controls

Post Date: Drop-down; can select Post Period dates.

Group By: Category, Storage Location, GL Code-Description

Funnel (Filters): Any report column; Category, Subcategory, Microcategory, GL Code-Description, User-Defined Category, Storage Location, Product Type, On Hand, Order Activity, Active Products

Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats

Report Columns:

Click any column header to sort by the data in that column; defaults to Product Name.

Product Number – The company product number.
Product Name – The company product name.
(Inventory) Unit – The company product inventory unit.
Physical Quantity – "Total Quantity" from the Final for Post inventory for the selected period.
Unit Price – The Inventory Cost of the product at the current location, from the Final for Post inventory.
Extended Value = [ Physical Quantity x Unit Price ]
