Employee Time Detail
This report displays employee labor details for a selected period. The report displays data for shifts worked at the location currently logged into, with the option to include data from other locations. This enables managers to track payroll usage for each employee, which will show, for example, how many hours an employee worked, overtime incurred, and other premiums. Managers’ information will only be included for authorized users.

Report Controls
Summarize By: Day, Day by Position, Employee, Employee by Position, Employee by Date by Position, Position, and P&L Substructure. The “N/A” option will produce the detail report.
Begin/End Date: Calendar widgets; defaults to the dates for the current period but can select any dates.
Exclude Managers: If checked, this report and the Employee Sign-Off sheet will exclude employees with the "Manager" box checked in their employee record.
Include Alternate Locations: Check this to include shifts worked at alternate locations. When not checked, the report only includes shifts worked at employees' primary location.
Employee Sign-Off: Exports time detail sign-off sheets in PDF format for each employee displayed.
Funnel (Filters): Any report column; Display Minor Employees Only (check box)
Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats

Report Columns:
Click any column header to sort by the data in that column.
- Employee – Displays the employee name and number from the labor shift record.
- Type (visible if an event occurs) – Indicates shift rows for the following penalty rows: Act. vs Sched, Supplemental Wage, Meal Period Penalty, Paid Break Penalty, Split Shift Adjustment, Minimum Paid Shift Adjustment, Reporting Pay Penalty, Tip Credit Adjustment, Tip Pool, Spread of Hours Penalty, and Clopening Premium.
- Date – The actual date worked of the shift record.
- Time In, Time Out – Adjusted Time In/Time Out from Labor Actuals.
- Total Time – Adjusted Total (Shift) Hours from Labor Actuals.
- Position Code – Code for the position worked for that shift.
- Rate – Will only display for hourly employees and for salaried employees working in an alternate position.
- Regular Hours – Adjusted regular hours worked from Labor Actuals.
- Regular Wages = [ Regular Hours x Rate ], rounded to 2 decimal places.
- Overtime Hours – Adjusted overtime hours worked from Labor Actuals
- Overtime Wages – Calculated based on Overtime labor rules in Enterprise Manager.
- Total Wages = [ Regular Wages + Overtime Wages ]
- Sales: Charge – Charge Sales from Labor Actuals.
- Sales: Cash – Cash Sales from Labor Actuals.
- Tips: Charge – Charge Tips from Labor Actuals.
- Tips: Cash– Cash Tips from Labor Actuals.
- Tip Pool– Displays the Tip Amount for the date and position, from Labor Actuals.
- Last Edit in POS (visible when included in the import and report is not summarized) – The last POS user that edited the Labor record.
- Last Edit in NC – The last Net-Chef user that edited the Labor record.
- Primary Location (hidden by default) – The name of the employee's current primary location.
