Employee Completed Shift Acknowledgement
The Employee Completed Shift Acknowledgement report displays a list of all employees, the days they worked, and the shift acknowledgement status in Teamworx for those days worked at the current location.
The data in this report is generated by employee users who log in to the Teamworx application and acknowledge each one of their completed shifts and any adjustments (by acknowledging the entire day). The purpose of this feature is so that management can keep record of employee acknowledgments of any changes to their shift such as time, pay, paid vs. unpaid break etc, so that they can follow up with those employees to verify their time and pay. This helps ensure that employers are covered in instances where an employee disputes their pay.
Note: This report is simply for visibility and reporting purposes; there is no downstream effect on payroll exports.
