Employee Attendance

The Employee Attendance report allows managers to track deviations between scheduled shifts and actual time-card punches across custom date ranges. It shows critical operational outliers such as call-outs, unscheduled shifts, early clock-ins, and late clock-outs to help managers maintain team accountability. By highlighting these compliance exceptions, leadership can immediately identify and eliminate unbudgeted labor costs.
