Current Inventory
The Current Inventory report will display the current On Hand, In Transit, and Total Quantity for each product in the location's inventory. The report uses the current "Unit Price" (Inventory Cost) of each item to calculate the corresponding value.

Report Controls
Group By: Storage Location (default), Product, Category, Subcategory, Microcategory, GL Code - Description, Storage Location Group (if applicable); enabled when "Summarize" is unchecked.
Summarize: Product (default), Category, Subcategory, Microcategory, GL Code / Description.
Funnel (Filters): Any report column; User Defined Category, Product Type, Storage Location, Storage Type, Storage Location Group (if applicable)
Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats
Report Columns:
Click any column header to sort by the data in that column.
- Product Number – The company product number.
- Product Name – The company product name.
- Lot (if applicable) – The lot number for the product/storage/quantity combination.
- Storage Location – The storage location for each product/quantity combination.
- Inv. Unit – The company product inventory unit.
- Unit Price – The current Inventory Cost from the Location Product record. Click this link to view cost change details for the selected product.
- On Hand Quantity - The total quantity on hand at the current location.
- On Hand Value = [ On Hand Quantity x Unit Price ]
- In Transit Quantity – The total quantity on unreconciled outgoing commissary/customer orders & location transfers.
- In Transit Value = [ In Transit Quantity x Unit Price ]
- Total Quantity = [ On Hand Quantity + In Transit Quantity ]
- Total Value = [ On Hand Value + In Transit Value ]
Additional Columns (hidden by default):
- Category – The category assigned to the company product.
- Subcategory– The subcategory assigned to the company product.
- Microcategory – The microcategory assigned to the company product.
- GL Code/Description– The GL Code/Description associated with the company product's assigned category.
- Retail Price – The "Standard" Retail Price from the Location Product record.
- Retail Value = [ On Hand Quantity x Retail Price ]
- Cost % = [ (Unit Price ÷ Retail Price) x 100 ]
