Consolidated Time Clock Audit
The Consolidated Time Clock Audit report displays adjustments made to any of the labor data imported or entered on the Labor Actuals and/or Supplemental Wages tabs of the Labor Details screen for all locations within the selected hierarchy.

Report Controls
Change Date From/To: Calendar widgets; defaults to the last 8 days but can select any dates, with a 31-day limit based on the selected "From" date. Data retrieved is driven by the Change Date.
Display options:
- Display all changes – This setting will display changes to the original value and changes to edited values.
Example: "Adj. Mins" is changed from '10' to '15', then from '15' to '20'. The report will displays 2 records - one showing the change from '10' to '15', and one showing the change from '15' to '20'. - Only display changes to imported files – This setting will only display changes in relation to the original values in the import file; these changes will include any manual entries that were not in the file.
Example: "Adj. Mins" is changed from '10' to '15', then from '15' to '20'. The report will displays 2 records - one showing that the value was '10' and was changed to '15', and one showing that the value was '10' and is now '20'. If the value had been changed from '15' back to '10', this record would NOT be displayed in the report; it would only show the original change from '10' to '15'.
Hierarchy: Select the desired hierarchy level from the drop-down
Funnel (Filters): Any report column
Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats
Report Columns:
Click any column header to sort by the data in that column
- Change Date/Time – The date and time that the shift record was edited.
- Location – The name of the location for the shift record.
- Section – Indicates where the change occurred - 'Labor Actuals', 'Supplemental Wages', or 'Tip Pool'.
- Employee – The name of the employee whose record was changed.
- Business Date – The actual work date for the shift record.
- Shift In Time (Original) – Actual Time In from the shift record.
- Shift Out Time (Original) – Actual Time Out from the shift record.
- Field – Indicates the field in the shift record that was edited.
- Edit Type – Indicates whether the change was an 'Edit" or an 'Add'.
- Old Value – The value in the field before the most recent change.
- Original Value – The value that was originally imported/entered.
- Edit Value – The value in the field after the record was edited.
- Adjustment Reason – The reason for the change, selected by the user when the record was edited.
- User ID – The User ID of the user that edited the record.
- Last Name – The last name of the user that edited the record.
- First Name – The first name of the user that edited the record.
