Consolidated Inventory Audit

The Consolidated Inventory Audit report displays an aggregated view of physical inventory counts and audit records for all locations within the selected hierarchy. For each inventory transaction, the report shows how many products were counted in total, how many and what % of the total products were counted "By Exception", and how many changes, if any, were subsequently made to the inventory counts.

Report Controls

From/To: Calendar widgets; can select any dates

Hierarchy: Select the desired hierarchy level from the drop-down

Funnel (Filters): Any report column; User Defined Category

Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats

 

Report Columns:

Click any column header to sort by the data in that column.

  • Location Code – The code for the location.
  • Location Name – The name of the location.
  • Inventory Date – The date for the scheduled inventory event.
  • Inventory Type – The type of scheduled inventory event.  {Options}Closed: 'Final for Post', 'All Products', 'Category', 'Subcategory', 'Microcategory', 'Storage Location', 'Template', 'User Defined Category'. Also, 'Storage Location Group' (Cruise Warehouse only, if applicable).
  • Active Products – The total number of active Location Products counted in the inventory event.
  • Entries By Exception – The number of products with counts entered By Exception.
  • By Exception % – The percentage of products with counts entered By Exception; calculated as [ (Entries by Exception ÷ Active Products) x 100 ].
  • Audit Change Record Count – The number of products in the inventory event with a count that was saved, then edited and saved again.
