Consolidated Inventory Aging Summary

The Consolidated Inventory Aging Summary report allows users to view the On Hand Value of products in inventory at all of the physical locations associated with a selected "Hierarchy", either as of the current date, or as of a particular posted Post Date. The report will also determine and display the portion of the current On Hand Value that was received into Inventory within specified past time frames. The information provided by this report (including its sub reports) enables users to evaluate the approximate age of items in inventory.

Report Controls

Aging Date: Drop-down; can select Post Period dates or the current date

Hierarchy: Select the desired hierarchy level from the drop-down

Funnel (Filters): Any report column

Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats

Report Columns:

Click any column header to sort by the data in that column.

Location Code – The code for the location.
Location Name – The name of the location; “Drill Down” link; see below for details.
On Hand Value = The sum of on hand values for all locations included in the report; the total of all "Value" columns listed below.
0–30 Days Value = The total value of all products that have been in inventory between 0 - 30 days.
31–60 Days Value = The total value of all products that have been in inventory between 31 - 60 days.
61–90 Days Value = The total value of all products that have been in inventory between 61 - 90 days.
91-180 Days Value = The total value of all products that have been in inventory between 91 - 180 days.
181-360 Days Value = The total value of all products that have been in inventory between 181 - 360 days.
Other Value – The value on hand that exceeds 360 Days OR, for new locations, the initial uploaded or manually entered inventory entries that were not "received" in by purchases.

Location Name – Opens a report with subtotals by GL Account for the selected location. This report includes the following links:

GL Description – Opens a report with subtotals for all products associated with that GL account at the selected location.
Total – Opens a report with subtotals for all products and all GL accounts at the selected location.

Total label – Opens a report with subtotals by GL Account for all locations in the selected Hierarchy. This report includes the following links:

GL Description – Opens a report with subtotals for all products associated with that GL account, for all locations in the selected Hierarchy.
Total label – Opens a report with subtotals for all products and all GL accounts at all locations in the selected Hierarchy
