Consolidated Attestation Clauses Report

The Consolidated Attestation Clauses report allows above-store users to review the statements made by employees that provided Shift Feedback in Teamworx, from all locations within the selected hierarchy level.

Report Controls

Labor Date Range Begin/End Date: Calendar widgets; can select any dates.

Hierarchy: Select the desired hierarchy level from the drop-down

Group By: Location (default), Employee, Attestation Clause

Funnel (Filters): Attestation, Employee, Shift Position, Location

Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats status filter

Status Filters: All, Positive, Neutral, Negative, Not Answered

Report Columns:

Click any column header to sort by the data in that column. {Note}: The Employee, Location, or Attestation Name column will not be displayed if grouped by that option.

Labor Date – Date for the shift the employee worked.
Shift – Displays shift times and position.
Employee – The name of the employee that worked the shift.
Location – The name of the location where the employee worked the shift.
Attestation Name – The name of the attestation clause.
Question – The question the employee answered.
Answer Value – Indicates whether the answer was 'Positive', 'Neutral', 'Negative", or '–' (Not Answered).
