Order Guide

An Order Guide button can be seen in the screen header. This lets users download and print a product list to use as a guide for noting which products need to be ordered. The Order Guide lists all products displayed on the order screen and excludes any products not displayed based on filtering. It also lists the Vendor Unit and Conversion for each product, as well as some vendor contact information. A space is provided for users to write down the quantity on hand and quantity required as they are checking the various storage locations to determine what is needed.

To retrieve the Order Guide:

1. Click the Order Guide button.
2. In the pop-up, choose the following options:

1. Page Format – A4, Letter (default), or Legal
2. Orientation – Landscape (default) or Portrait

3. Click the Export button in the pop-up to download the document.
4. Open the PDF file and print the document.

To utilize the Order Guide:

1. In the columns to the right, use the top row of boxes to enter Order Dates.
2. Use the divided boxes as follows:

• Upper/Left half - Enter units on hand in this section.
• Lower/Right half - Enter units needed in this section.
