The Menu Planner Summary Screen

The Menu Planner summary screen displays the menus that have been created and has controls available to edit an existing plan created at corporate in Enterprise Manager. This screen shows all menus linked to the location and a Menu Report is available to see which recipes are linked to which days, dayparts, and outlets across all menus. From this screen, users can access the detail screen, in which they will be able to enter/edit Projected Consumption values for each recipe/daypart.

Screen Controls

  • Printer – Exports the list of menus displayed to the selected format.
  • Funnel – Opens the Filters pop-up.
  • P – Recalculates Projected Consumption for the recipes at this location.
  • Menu Report – Displays a report showing projected consumption for the recipes on the menu plan.
  • Pagination Controls – Each page displays up to 75 menus; use the controls to view other pages or refresh the current page.

Screen Columns

  • Menu Name (Link) – The name entered by the user during creation. Click to open the Menu Planner detail screen.
  • Menu Description – The description entered by the user during creation.
  • # of Days – The number of days covered by the menu plan.
  • Locations – The number of locations linked to the menu plan.
  • Create Date – Date the plan was created.
  • Create User – User ID of the create user.
  • Last Edit Date – Date the plan was last edited.
  • Last Edit User – User ID of the edit user.
  • Status – Indicates whether the menu is "Active", "New", or "Inactive".
  • Effective Date – Date the plan is effective for this location.
  • Expiration Date – Date the plan expires for this location.
