Print Count Sheets

An Inventory Count Sheet lists each product that is part of the inventory event and leaves a blank space next to each Inventory Unit for writing in the actual physical quantities as the products are counted. If alternate count units have been set up, there will be a blank space for entering the quantity for each alternate unit defined.  If lot tracking is used, the count sheet will include a separate row for each unique product/storage/lot combination. The inventory count sheet does not display any system-generated quantities, such as the book quantity; this allows “blind” inventory counts to be taken.

  1. From the Inventory menu, select Create/Review Inventories.
  2. Select a Post Period from the drop-down list; the screen will refresh to display the inventory events for that period.
  3. Click the Count Sheet link corresponding to the desired inventory event. The count sheet for that event will open.
  • If necessary, use the Search field to search by Product # or Product Name, or click the Funnel (Filters) icon to access the filter options. Click HERE for details. If one or more filters have been applied, the button will be green.
  • An [+/–] (Expand/Collapse) control appears to the left of each Storage Location name; clicking this control will show/hide the products rows for that storage. The section header also has an Expand/Collapse (All) control, if needed.  (These controls will not affect any exports, only the on-screen view.)
  • The columns displayed on this screen can be configured. For details on configuring columns, Closedclick HERE!
  • To show or hide columns, hover the mouse over a column header, click on the down-arrow that appears, and select Columns from the pop-up menu, then select or deselect the desired column(s). To see the list of available columns, Closedclick HERE!
