Cancel a Scheduled Inventory

An Inventory event for a particular date can only be canceled if:

  • The Status is "Scheduled"
  • The Type is NOT "Final for Post"

 

Canceling a Scheduled Inventory Event:

  1. From the Inventory menu, select Create/Review Inventories.
  2. Select a Post Period from the drop-down list and click Retrieve.
  3. Click the Cancel link corresponding to the desired inventory event. A warning message will appear.
  4. Click OK to cancel the scheduled inventory.

 

 

Note: When the list of events displayed in the summary screen includes Location Inventory Schedules created by a corporate user in Enterprise Manager, the notation "(Corporate)" will appear as part of the on-screen label for each of these events. Only authorized Net-Chef users will be allowed to cancel a corporately scheduled event.
