Audit Inventory Count Changes
The Inventory Audit screen displays a list of products where counts were entered and saved for a physical inventory event and were later edited and changed. The link for this screen will be available after the count event has been reviewed (and saved). After this, every successive change to the inventory counts on the Data Entry screen will be audited. This will help management track inventory count changes for the purpose of lowering food costs.
- From the Inventory menu, select Create/Review Inventories.
- Select a Post Period from the drop-down list; the screen will refresh to display the inventory events for that period.
- Click the Audit link for the corresponding count. (If the screen is blank, no counts were edited/changed.)
- If necessary, click the Funnel (Filters) icon to access the filter options. Click HERE for details. If one or more filters have been applied, the button will be green.
- The columns displayed on this screen can be configured. For details on configuring columns,

- To print the screen data, click the Printer (Export) icon.
- When finished, click Close.
