Validate Components

When a user clicks the Validate Components button, the application will open a window that will test whether there is sufficient "Available" quantity of all active, "Major Ingredient" recipe components to produce the entered quantities of the Daily Prep recipes, prior to finalizing the transaction. This includes components of any Daily Prep sub-recipes that are themselves set to deplete by "Component" at the point-of-sale.

Authorized users will be allowed to complete Daily Prep even if there is an insufficient “Available” quantity of one or more components in inventory.

{Note}: When a Prep Location is selected for the transaction, this report will calculate and display the On Hand, Available, and Incoming quantity for eligible component products only for the Storage Location linked to the selected Prep Location.

If necessary, use the Funnel (Filters) icon to filter the report.
To download and print the report, click the Printer (Export) icon.
When finished, click the X (Close) icon to close the window.
