Scale Recipes

When a user clicks the Scale Recipes button, the application will open a pop-up window in which users can view or print the list of components in each recipe. It will display the required quantity (in Recipe Units) of each component needed to produce the recipe quantity entered, as well as the instructions for preparing it. The window will also display any "Special Instructions" associated with each component, each component’s cost, and the total cost and cost per portion of the recipe. Recipe cost information will only be available to authorized users.

Note: The Product Name hyperlink opens a pop-up to display files attached to the product record.

If necessary, use Filter By Daypart or the Funnel (Filters) icon to filter the report.
If a recipe has any files attached to it in Enterprise Manager, authorized users can click the View Recipe Attachments link to open the View Attachments window.
If a component product has any files attached to it in Enterprise Manager, authorized users can click the Product Name link to open the View Attachments window.
To view the Prep and Plating instructions, click the Procedure link.
To download and print the report, click the Printer (Export) icon.
When finished, click the X (Close) icon to close the window.
