Pre-Production

When a user clicks the Pre-Production button, the application will open a pop-up window in which users can view or print a list of recipe components that have been identified as pre-production items, along with their "Special Instructions" and the appropriate "Action Date" for preliminary preparation of those components.

A check mark in the "Recipe Ingr." column indicates that the component is itself a recipe that is eligible for prep at the current location. This alerts users to component recipes that should probably be produced prior to the main recipe if they aren’t already in inventory or being produced.

If necessary, use the Funnel (Filters) icon to filter the report.
To download and print the report, click the Printer (Export) icon.
When finished, click the X (Close) icon to close the window.
