Recent Daily Prep

When a user clicks the Recent Daily Prep option under the Production menu, the application will open the Daily Prep summary screen. This screen will display existing Daily Prep transactions and allow users to create new transactions, edit or cancel "Incomplete" transactions, or view "Completed" or "Canceled" transactions.

Screen Controls:

Plus: Opens the pop-up for creating new Daily Prep.
Funnel: Opens the Filters pop-up.
Printer: Exports the list of orders displayed to the selected format.
-><- : Minimizes the Daily Prep list and displays the Production Overview page.

Screen Columns:

Daily Prep Date – Date on which Daily Prep was performed; selected by the user during creation.
Daypart – Daypart for which Daily Prep was performed; selected by the user during creation.
Start Time – Time that Daily Prep was started; selected by the user during creation, “N/A” if none was selected.
Description – Entered by the user when the transaction was created. If none was entered, this will be the Daily Prep Date.
Create Date – Date the transaction was created.
Create User – User ID of the user who created the transaction.
Complete Date/Time – Date/Time the transaction was finalized.
Complete User – User ID of the user who finalized the transaction.
Status – “Completed”, “Incomplete”, or “Canceled”.
Catering Orders (hidden by default) – Displays 'Y' or 'N' to indicate whether the prep transaction included 'Catering' Customer Orders.
Add. Proj. Cons. (hidden by default) – Displays 'Y' or 'N' to indicate whether the prep transaction included additional Projected Consumption.
Kitchen Sync (hidden by default) – Displays 'Y' for transactions created in Kitchen Sync, Displays 'N' for transactions created in Net-Chef.
Auto-Prep (hidden by default) – Displays 'Y' or 'N' to indicate whether the prep transaction was generated automatically.
Actions (Links) – Will be available based on the transaction status, as follows:

If the transaction is Incomplete, "Edit" and "Cancel" will be available.
If the transaction is Completed or Canceled, "View" will be available.
