View Buffet Consumption

The View screen can be used to view and/or export the details of a buffet consumption transaction.

  1. From the Production menu, click Buffet Consumption.
  2. If necessary, use the Funnel (Filters) icon to filter the list of recipes consumed.  {Note}Closed: Click any column header to sort by the data in that column; defaults to "Recipe Name".
  3. Click the Transaction Number link for the appropriate transaction.  
  4. To download and print a copy of the transaction, click the Printer (Export) icon.
  5. When finished, click the X (Close) icon.
