The Buffet Consumption Summary Screen

The summary screen displays the list of completed transactions along with the Daypart, Memo, Transaction Number, Consumed Value, and Create Date and User. Users can click the New Buffet Consumption button to create a new transaction or the Transaction Number link to view the details of an existing transaction.

The "View Transactions for last ___ Post Cycles" preference will determine the default date range for retrieving and displaying transactions in this screen. Older transactions can be retrieved by filtering for the "Consumption Date".

Screen Controls:

New Buffet Consumption: Opens the pop-up for creating a new Buffet Consumption transaction.
Funnel: Opens the Filters pop-up.
Printer: Exports the list of orders displayed to the selected format.
X : Closes the screen.

Screen Columns

Click any column header to sort by the data in that column; defaults to "Consumption Date".

Consumption Date – Date for which the transaction was created - i.e. the date the recipes were consumed; selected by the user during creation.
Daypart – Daypart for which the transaction was created; selected by the user during creation.
Memo – Description entered by the user during creation.
Transaction Number – Transaction number assigned based on Numbering setup in Enterprise Manager.
Consumed Value – The total value of the recipes that were consumed.
Create Date – Date the consumption transaction was created.
Create User – User ID of the create user.
