The Dashboard - Today's Tasks

The Today’s Tasks section of the Dashboard will display a list of all operational tasks that need to be performed in the system to ensure timely completion of transactions, and will allow users to access the relevant areas of the application directly from the Dashboard. Authorized users will see and can click the "Task Audit Report" button to open a pop-up displaying a list of completed/canceled tasks, and will be able to cancel certain daily tasks. Tasks that are overdue will display the Due Date in red text; overdue tasks that have a time stamp will also appear in Bold. Tasks older than 30 days will be expired automatically.

Note: The location's local time (based on the Time Zone defined for the location in Enterprise Manager) is used as the date/time for transactions that drive the tasks displayed on the Dashboard.

Notes: The Dashboard will also display tasks defined on task-based Staffing Templates. Application Users linked to a User Group with the “NC-Daily Store Tasks > View Teamworx Tasks” control enabled can also view tasks originating from Teamworx and can close or cancel single, non-recurring ones.
