Daily E-mail Alert Preferences

The Daily E-Mail Alert Preferences screen allows authorized Net-Chef users to change some of their own application user settings related to Dashboard e-mail alerts. In this screen, users can:

• Add, edit, or delete their E-mail address.
• Select the Hierarchy (Locations) to be included in the alerts.
• Change the format (‘Text’ or ‘Image’) the alerts will use.
• Choose which alerts they will receive.

Modify Daily Alert Preferences

1. From the Application User drop-down menu, click Daily E-Mail Alert Preferences.
2. Select the Hierarchy level for which the alerts should be generated. This drop-down will contain the list of hierarchies linked to the user (including all of the sub-levels).
3. The E-mail field (view only) indicates the address where the selected alerts will be sent.
4. The E-mail Format will default to 'Text' (or the latest selected setting).  If the user has a device capable of displaying images, this may be set to 'Image'.
5. Check the box for each of the AlertsAlerts the user should receive.  See below for the list and descriptions.
6. When ready, click the Disk (Save) icon to save your changes.
7. When finished, click the X (Close) icon to exit the screen.
