Recent Location Transfers

Once a transfer has been created, it can be found in the Recent Location Transfers screen accessed from the Inventory menu.  In this screen, each transfer may have one or more processing options that can be selected, depending on the location viewing this screen (source or destination), the transfer’s status, and the user’s security access. Authorized users can view, edit, reconcile or cancel/reject a location transfer.  Once completed, transfers can only be viewed.

To select which columns will display, click on the drop-down arrow at the right of any column header and select "Columns" from the pop-up menu. The user will be able to select the columns that appear on the screen. Columns can also be dragged and dropped to rearrange the order in which they appear.

Note: The screen is filtered to display transactions with a Transfer Date within the last 4 weeks. This means that even incomplete Transfers more than 4 weeks old will be filtered off the screen by default.
