FLSA Weekly Overtime Report

This report allows Corporate to track and identify the source of weekly overtime for each hourly employee. The report calculates simple weekly overtime, which is defined as all non-exempt hours worked beyond 40 in a designated 7-day work week. The user will be able to retrieve data for locations and weeks where Payroll has been exported, for up to four (4) weeks at a time, within the last 2 years (24 months). The report will retrieve data for employees who are linked to a Location within the selected Hierarchy and who have worked over 40 total hours within the selected period; salaried employees and those who work less than 40 hours are excluded. The retrieved hours will include all time worked from every location, even those outside of the currently selected Hierarchy.  {Notes}Closed: The report calculations are based on the federal baseline for weekly overtime - 1.5 x pay for hours worked > 40. The report does NOT include hours or pay incurred by any other overtime labor rules or other labor violations.
