The Dashboard - Today's Corporate Tasks
The Today’s Corporate Tasks Dashboard widget will display a list of setup-related tasks that need to be performed at Corporate. Users logged in to Corporate will see tasks hyperlinked if they have permission to perform them. Authorized users will also be allowed to cancel these tasks.
For "Need to Create" calendar tasks, if a user has permission to use the Calendar Wizard, the link will open it. If not but they are allowed to create calendars, the link will open the main Financial Calendar screen.
Note: The local time (based on the Time Zone defined for the Company in Enterprise Manager) is used to drive the date/time for tasks displayed on the Dashboard.
Financial Calendar - Need to Create:
This task will show within 60 days before the end of the current Fiscal Year if Financial Calendar records have not been set up for the following year.
Visible: Until the calendar is created or the task is canceled.
Reporting Calendar - Need to Create:
This task will show within 60 days before the end of the current Fiscal Year if Reporting Calendar records have not been set up for the following year.
Visible: Until the calendar is created or the task is canceled.
Post Calendar - Need to Create:
This task will show for active locations within 60 days before the end of the current Fiscal Year if Post Calendar records have not been set up for the following year.
Visible: Until the calendar is created or the task is canceled.
Post Calendar Missing:
This task will show for active locations within 60 days before the end of the current Fiscal Year if there is a gap between the last Post Calendar period and the end date for the fiscal year.
Visible: Any time there is a gap as noted or until the task is canceled.
