The Enterprise Manager Dashboard

The Enterprise Manager Dashboard is the first screen users see after logging in. It allows corporate users to see up-to-date information concerning operations. The screen is divided into topical menus for Corporate, General, Security, Products, Labor, Purchasing, Reports, Interfaces and Cruise. Each of these menus displays options for the screens that are related to the selected topic. Only Restaurants will see the Labor menu and only Cruise Lines will see the Cruise menu.

Application users will be linked to a hierarchy level designated for "Consolidated Dashboard" access; the application will display consolidated information for all of the locations linked to the user’s hierarchy. Users can toggle between the current week or previous week by clicking the Weekly Snapshot selector arrow and choosing a view. The Dashboard displays monetary values in the Company base currency.

  • The s (Help) icon will display the "Show Me How" and "Support Center" options.
  • The down-arrow ( v ) to the right of the User Name displays the User menu with the following options available:
  • The Location selector lets you choose another location to log in to (if allowed).
  • The [ -> (Log Out) icon will exit the session when you are finished using Enterprise Manager.
